I tried Lawson's cool sweets "Fuwashuwa Torori -Souffle Pancake-". A dish that is eaten by sprinkling thick cream on crispy crumble and moist pancake dough.


The selling price is 380 yen (tax included) and the calories are 453 kcal. Two types of pancakes, whipped cream and cream, are placed on top of the pancake, and crumble is spread around it as an accent to the texture.


The cream, whipped cream and pancake dough are surrounded by a semi-transparent circular sheet in the center. You can enjoy it by just putting a spoon in it and scooping it up, but as shown in the illustration on the package, if you pull it upward, the cream will overflow.




The spread cream cream covers even the crumble and makes it completely white. When you wrap this cream in your mouth and bring it to your mouth, the cold and smooth sweetness contrasts with the crispy crumble texture.


A firmer and heavier whipped cream remains in the center for enjoyment with pancakes. The dough is moist and has a nice texture.



The volume is plentiful, but you won't get tired of eating it while tasting crumble and pancakes alternately. However, it is not suitable for sharing, so it is recommended to have breakfast or a light meal.
