Imuraya "KASANEL Dorayaki Roll Ice Vanilla"

Imuraya will release a new product "KASANEL Dorayaki Roll Ice Vanilla" at convenience stores (excluding some stores) on October 14th, and nationwide on November 11th. The price is 140 yen (excluding tax).

Imuraya's new ice cream brand "KASANEL". The first product will be a combination of Imuraya's specialty Japanese sweets "Dorayaki" and "Vanilla Ice" that goes well with it.

A discerning dough that has been completed through many trials and errors in order to make the dorayaki-like dough that is soft even immediately after being taken out of the freezer. Domestic wheat flour is used for the dough. It is richly flavored with honey and mirin. The bean paste is made by the boiled azuki bean paste method (a method of cooking azuki bean paste and skin without throwing it away to create a flavorful bean paste). Hokkaido cream is used for the ice cream.
