"Vietnamese milk coffee" was born during the French rule in the 19th century. In Vietnam at that time, it was difficult to get fresh milk even if you wanted to drink strong coffee as cafe au lait, so it seems that condensed milk was used instead.


KALDI's "Original Vietnamese Milk Coffee" is an instant coffee that reproduces the taste of Vietnam's "Cafe Suda". Coffee cream (vegetable) is used instead of condensed milk. It comes in 10 bags and costs 410 yen (tax included).


If hot, put 1 bag in a cup, pour 75 ml of hot water and mix well. For ice cream, melt one bag with 50 ml of hot water, add ice cream and mix until it cools. It's a little hard to dissolve, so the point is to mix it well.
