This is a ramen that uses rich miso tomato soup, which is based on Hokkaido-produced koji miso and Nagasaki-produced wheat miso, and is made by combining two types of carefully selected miso marinade with doubanjiang and tomato sauce. It is topped with savory roasted juicy chicken, corn, eggplant, bok choy, lotus root, white onion, and fried green onion.
