New seasonal products "Chocolat and Chocolat" are on sale at each silver grape store. The price starts from 220 yen (excluding tax) per piece. The sale period is until mid-February 2019.

This is a sweet that combines the original couverture "charcoal chocolate" of silver grapes produced by roasting cacao beans over charcoal and the deep richness of cacao mass. It is said that it is baked at once over high heat to trap the taste of chocolate.


The bottom is fermented, dried, and roasted with cacao beans, then the shells are removed, and cocoa nibs that are crushed into chips are laid on the bottom, which accentuates the deep bitter taste and texture.
