Andersen's recent "TAK Danish" is colorful and tasty to look at. If you are close to the shop, you can enjoy tea at a reasonable price and in a luxurious mood.


TAK Danish is a sweet melon bread that can be used as a souvenir or as a gift. TAK is a Danish word related to Andersen and means thank you.


Is it for a casual tea party, which is the same as an assortment of donuts? But you can buy it for your own home. The price is 648 yen for a set of 4 (tax included, the same applies below), and 162 yen for a single set.

The types are "Rhubarb & Strawberry" and "Setouchi Lemon", which are sold for a limited time until the end of September, and "Chocolate" and "Matcha", which are sold all year round.

Rhubarb & strawberry

The bright red color of rhubarb and strawberries is eye-catching. Strawberries are on the front of the sweet scent, but when the rhubarb is cut into a large size, it has a crispy texture and a slight acidity, making it a fun dish.

Setouchi Lemon

Setouchi lemon has a bright golden marmalade. It features a citrus-like scent that comes through your nose twice, once you start eating and after you finish eating. The low sourness goes well with custard. It also contains algae salt.

chocolate

Chocolate is natural but chic black. When I try to eat it, it has two layers like a cake, and it is interesting that the bottom is soft chocolate custard and the top is harder chocolate. The scent of cacao is fragrant, and it is suitable for adults who are a bit bitter.

Matcha

Matcha is a clear green. After all, it has two layers, custard cream and hardened matcha ganache. The topping is walnut. The aroma and bitterness of green tea is slightly suppressed so as not to overstate it, but it is still clear and emphasizes the sweetness of ganache.
