For potatoes, we use only "Okhotsk chips" from Hokkaido, which are about to be eaten at this time of year. "Hokkaido butter" and "Hokkaido kelp", which are excellently compatible with Okhotsk chips, are used as the ingredients to be combined.

Hokkaido butter has a smooth and rich buttery scent that enhances the taste of Okhotsk chips. The more you chew, the more delicious the Hokkaido ingredients spread.


On the other hand, in Hokkaido kelp, the umami of kelp that has absorbed the blessings of the sea enhances the deliciousness of Okhotsk chips. It is said that it is finished with an elegant taste that makes the best use of the ingredients with a smooth grilled salt.
