DEAN & DELUCA will be offering deli items for March and April. The following delicacies are available: "Sea Bass Carpaccio with Celery Salad," "Buttermilk Chicken with Maple Mustard," "Grilled Zucchini and Leafy Onion Salad," "Blood Orange and Fruit Tomato Caprese," "Inari Temari Sushi Bento," "Katsu Sandwich Bento," "Salmon and Spring Vegetable Chirashizushi," "Sakura Shrimp and Rape Flower Sag Curry," "Lemon Risotto with Scallops and Asparagus," and "Spring Rolls with Duck and Jasmine Rice" will be available.

Mai-Izumi "Rape Blossom Rolled Cutlet" and "Kurobuta Menchikatsu with Bamboo Shoots" Rape blossoms and bamboo shoots, two kinds of cutlets with ingredients that make you feel spring!

Two types of katsu (pork cutlets) using spring ingredients are now available from Maizenzumi. The "Rape Blossom Rolled Cutlet" and the "Kurobuta Menchikatsu with Bamboo Shoots" will be available at directly managed stores.
