At that time, I caught the information that a new autumn menu will appear from September at the French toast specialty store "Ivorish", which has stores in Fukuoka and Shibuya. Chestnuts and pumpkins, which are the taste of autumn, are used for everything, and the menu is finished to "satisfy the autumn of appetite."

As soon as I heard about chestnuts and pumpkins, the "autumn of appetite" that was sleeping in the author awakened in earnest. I went to a media tasting party prior to the release of the store!

There are 3 new menus that I tasted this time. "Double Marron" (1,800 yen / tax not included, same below) common to both Shibuya and Fukuoka stores, "Apple & Cinnamon" (1,600 yen) limited to Shibuya store, "Fresh Blackberry" (1,800 yen) limited to Fukuoka main store All four French toasts are served with ice cream and whipped cream, topped with chestnuts and fruits.

French toast sandwiched with cream cheese and Kumamoto prefecture Japanese chestnut cream is topped with Japanese chestnut, Italian chestnut, Japanese chestnut cream, and roasted almonds. The yellow ones are Japanese chestnuts and the brown ones are Italian chestnuts.

The characteristic of Ivorish French toast is that the cream is sandwiched in the dough. Double Marron French Toast is sandwiched with cream cheese and Japanese chestnut paste.

The part of the dough near the surface is soaked with apareil (egg liquid) and is moist. On the other hand, the center is soft but clogged, which makes it more satisfying to eat than the toasty type of French toast.
