Halo-halo is a ministop summer-only dessert that "eats ice like a parfait." It is finished with "pure ice" that has been slowly frozen for more than 24 hours to remove impurities, jelly containing nata de coco and fruits, and soft serve ice cream with a smooth texture. It was devised based on the Filipino shaved ice that is mixed with sweets and eaten, and it is said to mean "mixed koze" in the Tagalog language of the Philippines.

There are three flavors to be released on April 24: "Halo-halo polar bear", "Halo-halo Kyoho", and "Halo-halo ramune".

Halo-halo Shirokuma is a halo-halo inspired by the frozen dessert "Shirokuma" that originated in Kagoshima prefecture, with condensed milk sprinkled on shaved ice and served with fruits and red beans. Soft serve vanilla and condensed milk are combined with shaved ice, and topped with condensed milk-flavored syrup with a little acidity, fruits such as pine and mandarin, jelly, and azuki beans. The price is 290 yen.

Halo-halo Kyoho is a halo-halo made from "Kyoho" juice from Nagano prefecture. You can enjoy the original sweetness of Kyoho, the unique astringency, and the refreshing aftertaste. The price is 270 yen.
