"Cacao Cake of the Earth" was released on November 30th at Terra Saison's Tokyo Station Gransta store, Ecute Shinagawa South store, and online shop. Prices start at 756 yen (tax included) for 5 pieces.
A chocolate dough with the image of the shape of cacao, stuffed with rich creamy ganache. You can enjoy the texture of ganache cream that melts and the dough is refreshing on the outside and moist on the inside.
The chocolate used is organic fair trade chocolate. The amount of flour is small, and it is said that it is baked plumply by making the best use of the swelling power of the egg.
