Choux pastry Hokkaido Ogura cream is a three-layered choux pastry with a pleasant crunchy texture and stuffed with cream with plenty of milk. The cream is made by combining mascarpone with fresh cream from Hokkaido, and adding grain sauce from Tokachi as an accent. The price is 330 yen (tax included). Scheduled to be sold by the end of March.

Shoe Grande (Strawberry & Fresh Cream) is a cream puff containing sweet and sour strawberry cream and milky fresh cream. It's about the size of one hand, and it's a special dish that makes you want to share the fun with someone. The price is 1,400 yen (tax included). Scheduled to be sold by the end of April.
