Steak House "Oak Door" Monthly hamburger
At the steak house "Oak Door" on the 6th floor of Grand Hyatt Tokyo, a new monthly hamburger "Monthly Burger" has appeared. "Patty Melt Burger" will be offered from January 4th to March 31st.
This is a hamburger with beef patty topped with sautéed mushrooms and plenty of Gruyel cheese. "Remoulade sauce" with herbs, mustard and capers as accents is combined and sandwiched with marble-patterned live red buns using different types of rye.
The price is 2,200 yen (tax and service charge not included, same below). Offer time is from 11:30 to 14:30 (until 15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Also, from February, "Mr. & Mrs. Chocolate Burger" (2,200 yen) for Valentine's Day with marshmallows, ice cream, and fruits sandwiched between brioches, and from March, 100% lamb patties with Greek yogurt. "Lamb burger" (2,200 yen) with "Zajiki sauce" will be sold respectively.
