The "Nekoneko Bread: Mont Blanc and Hojicha" is made of three types of dough (plain, marron flavor, and hojicha) rolled into a spiral shape to resemble the iconic chestnut sweet "Mont Blanc. The hojicha dough uses hojicha from Nagoya's long-established tea manufacturer, Myoko-en, and is combined with mild, milky white chocolate.


The aroma and mild bitterness of the hojicha tea enhances the sweetness of the chestnuts and white chocolate, making this Nekoneko bread perfect for fall. The marron-flavored dough is mixed with sweet chestnuts soaked in syrup, so you can also enjoy the texture of chestnuts. It is recommended to be served with warm Japanese tea.
