The new ice cream product "Kokubata Ice Strawberry" released at Lawson on October 6th. When I tried it, it was really delicious, so I will introduce it!

Kokubata Ice Strawberries are ice cream made with fermented butter and strawberries from France. Strawberry-flavored fermented butter ice cream is filled with strawberry pulp, and the top surface is sprinkled with strawberry-flavored fermented butter sauce.


The butter sauce on the top has a sticky mouthfeel that is a little like caramel. It melts in your mouth and spreads the rich taste like condensed milk and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries. Rich "strawberry condensed milk" taste.


The ice cream is milky and flavorful, but it is not dull and has a mellow finish. It feels refreshing because it doesn't use eggs, and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries stands out.


It has a habitual taste that sets it apart from the strawberry ice cream. The ice cream was so delicious that I would like people who don't choose strawberries to try it!
