The commercial supermarket "Frozen Calzone" is too authentic ...! Just warm it up and it tastes like a shop

A Gyomu Super that also handles a large number of frozen foods. I found "Calzone" which is hard to see in general supermarkets, so I tried it and it was crazy, so I will introduce it.

Freezing Calzone in a commercial supermarket

Product name: Calzone Mediterranean style Price: 298 yen (excluding tax)
Country of origin: Italy

Calzone is a dumpling-shaped dish made from the same ingredients as pizza. Put the ingredients on the dough, fold it, close the edges, and then bake it.

Like big dumplings

Calzone, a commercial supermarket, uses mozzarella cheese, feta cheese (cheese made from sheep and goat's milk), paprika & onion, tomato sauce, and basil sauce as ingredients.

When eating, remove the film, transfer to a bakeware, and heat in a microwave oven at 500W for 3 minutes. After removing it, transfer it to a preheated toaster oven and heat it for another 2 minutes. It's a little troublesome, but the secret to finishing this texture is "the outside is refreshing and the inside is chewy".

After renting

Lightly toast

When cut, the cheese and sauce inside will melt.

The sweet and sour taste of tomato sauce, the juicy texture of paprika and onions, and the deep flavor of cheese. It's not flashy, but each material is combined to create a complex taste. The melting ingredients go perfectly with the crispy savory dough!

Compared to the previously introduced Frozen Calzone from KALDI, this one is more authentic. The dough of KALDI's is fluffy and slightly Japanese, but here at the Gyomu Super, you can enjoy the rough wheat flavor like a pizza specialty store.

One piece is 175g (6.17oz), 416kcal and there is also a response to eating. Not only for breakfast and when you are hungry, but also for dinner. If you see it, give it a try!
