Each piece (about 55g (1.94oz)) is 250kcal, the same size as a standard Belgian waffle sold in convenience stores. This is a bargain at about 40 yen including tax per piece, but how does it taste?

How do the Belgian waffles taste?

The dough is moist, slightly sweet, and has a good chewiness. The surface is topped with a little hail sugar, which adds a crunchy accent to the texture. It's not insanely delicious, but it's good enough. It's as satisfying as the ones sold in convenience stores. And for less than half the price, I have no complaints!


If possible, I recommend reheating them lightly in a toaster oven to crisp up the surface and enhance the flavor. You can also add toppings such as ice cream or whipped topping to make it more luxurious. They come in individual packages, so you can easily take them with you as a snack when you go out.
