Eat and compare 7-ELEVEN, Lawson, and FamilyMart "frozen gratin"! What was the most delicious? The taste of white sauce is also different!

Frozen food that is convenient to keep in the freezer of your home or office. Among them, frozen gratin is the one that I personally take good care of. I usually don't remove gratin, and it's perfect for a quick lunch or a light meal when I'm hungry.

So, this time, I tried to compare the frozen gratin of 7-ELEVEN, Lawson, and FamilyMart! What was the most delicious ...?

The product lineup is here!

7-ELEVEN "5 types of cheese gratin" 300 yen (tax included, same below)

Lawson "3 kinds of cheese shrimp gratin" 238 yen

FamilyMart "Kongari-yaki Shrimp Gratin" 278 yen

By the way, 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart use 5 types of cheese, and Lawson uses 3 types of cheese. In each case, warm it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

● 7-ELEVEN seems to go well with alcohol

7-ELEVEN gratin has a taste similar to that of gratin eaten at stores. The seasoning was rather strong overall, including the strength of the cheese feeling. It seems to go well with sake! There was no shrimp in it, and I simply played with penne, but I didn't feel unsatisfactory.

I want to drink wine

● Lawson is rich in milk

Lawson's gratin has a unique taste of white sauce. The mellow milk is rich and delicious. The taste of consomme is a little light, and it has a gentle taste that makes the best use of the sweetness of milk. Contains macaroni and plump shrimp.

The richness of milk is firm

● FamilyMart has a friendly taste

FamilyMart gratin is a slightly light white sauce. The punchy saltiness of the melted cheese gradually comes out. It contains penne and shrimp, but the shrimp feels small. Overall, I think the balance between sweetness and saltiness was the best.

Easy-to-eat and friendly taste

● What was the most delicious?

My personal favorite is FamilyMart's "Kongari-yaki Shrimp Gratin"! The reason is that the taste has been familiar to me since I was a child, and I never get tired of eating it all the time.

It ’s just an individual impression.

All three have a volume of about 200g (7.05oz) per person, and it may not be enough for lunch or dinner, but when combined with other side dishes, it is a product that is not inferior to the protagonist of the dining table. I think it's worth keeping it in the freezer!
