Akagi Nyugyo's "Sof'" series, which commercialized "only on soft serve", will release a new flavor "Strawberry" on March 5th. The estimated price is 140 yen (excluding tax).
Sof Strawberry is a "two-color roll" ice cream that combines strawberry milk ice cream (10% strawberry juice), which mainly uses strawberry puree, and gelato type strawberry ice cream (30% strawberry juice). You can also enjoy the different textures of strawberries. The type is lacto ice cream.
