Morinaga & Co. sells "Aunt Stella's Cookie Sand Ice [Macadamia]". The purchase price at a convenience store is 292 yen (tax included).
The second installment following the popular "Aunt Stella's Cookie Sandwich [Chocolate Chip Cookie]" released in April. Ice cream is sandwiched with cookies that are "like Aunt Stella's homemade".

Macadamia nuts are kneaded into the cookies. It gives off a fragrance with a light texture and further enhances the flavor of wheat. It goes without saying that the smooth and rich ice cream and the crispy savory cookies go perfectly together!
Apricot jam is used as a secret ingredient for cookies. The apricot taste is not clearly felt, but a slight accent is added. It's simple and tasty, just like handmade.
Although the overall size is small, it is satisfying because it consists of 2 cookies and ice cream. Aunt Stella's cookie fans are definitely welcome!
