"Hojicha Chocolat Cream Latte" and "Chiffon Cake Hojicha Milk" will be on sale on October 3rd at each Tully's Coffee store (excluding some stores).
A seasonal product with a hojicha flavor, following the popular "tapioca hojicha latte" in the spring and summer of this year (2018). Hojicha is made by roasting green tea over high heat until it turns golden brown to bring out its aroma, and is characterized by a light taste with less bitterness.
For the hojicha chocolate cream latte, "double roasted hojicha" that brings out the aroma while suppressing bitterness is crushed into matcha and used. It is topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. You can enjoy the sweetness of milk and the deep taste of roasted green tea. Prices start from 500 yen for tall size (tax included, same below).
Chiffon cake Hojicha milk adds the fragrant flavor of hojicha to the finely fluffy chiffon dough. The whipped cream is decorated with black beans. The price is 490 yen.
