As the name suggests, cup yakisoba has a “fried rice-like taste”. The special sauce, which has a fragrant flavor like fried on an iron plate and pepper accents, seems to be often entwined with the chewy medium-thick straight noodles.
In addition to large-sized cabbage, the ingredients include char siu, which is the image of fried rice, and eggs.
