I seriously thought about the much talked about "0-second Chicken Ramen"! ~I wanted to be Yui Aragaki.

0-second chicken ramen

The " 0-second Chicken Ramen" rumor has been talked about frequently for some time. Thanks in part to a cute commercial featuring popular actress Yui Aragaki, a.k.a. Gakky, an increasing number of people have actually tried the product on social networking sites.

The "0-second Chicken Ramen" is a wild way of eating Chicken Ramen, where you just bite into it without doing anything after opening the package. The ramen is supposed to taste great right after pouring hot water into the bowl, but in today's speed-oriented world, too much emphasis is placed on the "immediately" part of the ramen.

Tasting "0-second Chicken Ramen

Although I could vaguely imagine the taste, I decided to actually try this 0-second Chicken Ramen. I thought I could become Gakki by eating this! I bought the Chicken Ramen with a faint hope that I could become Gakki by eating it.

Now, the real food!

I opened the package and immediately took a bite. Yes, it's salty. It's like a heavily seasoned "Baby Star Ramen. It's nice to be able to enjoy the crunchy texture, but it's hard to keep eating because it takes all the water out of your mouth.

Open the package.

take a bite straight from

crunching sound (e.g. of cooking rice in a pan)

I mean, no matter how you think about it, it tastes better with regular hot water. Because it only takes 3 minutes to pour hot water, right? If you can enjoy your usual Chicken Ramen just by waiting for 5 minutes, I think you should wait. Don't be afraid to put time and effort into your life.

This is better.

0-second Chicken Ramen" Conclusion

Whenever I really thought about "0-second Chicken Ramen," I came to the same place. After all, "Chicken Ramen" is better when eaten with regular hot water. Of course, eating this does not make you a gakky.
