Morozoff "Sableo Chocolat" winter-only chocolate sable

Morozoff will sell a winter-only chocolate sable "Sableo Chocolat". It will be on sale from October 11 to October 17. It will be available at the Takashimaya Nihonbashi store and at the Japanese and Western confectionery event venue on the B1 floor.

is a crispy, thick baked sable with smooth, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate. The combination of the crispy sable, the melt-in-your-mouth chocolate, and the melt-in-your-mouth sauce allows you to enjoy the three textures and tastes as one.

The chocolate is encased in a sauce that goes well with each of the three. The caramel sauce has a rich and mild taste with a hint of saltiness from the addition of Lorraine rock salt, while the raspberry sauce is brightly colored and has a gorgeous aroma. The sauce is rich and rich in flavor, and the sablet is melted as you bite into it.

The sablet is softly fragrant with butter. The addition of "Fiantine", a thin crepe-like baked pastry, gives it a light and crispy texture, allowing the chocolate and sauce flavors to be fully appreciated.
