The gnoronjoro that appear in the "Moomin" stories are mysterious creatures that look like thin mushrooms or long, thin socks made of white sponge. Always moving in a group, swaying and swaying, it is said that the gnoronjoro are always an odd number when they are in a small group on a boat. The desserts featuring these mysterious and impressive gnoronjoro in the story will be available on the menu for a limited time during the fall season.

Nyoronjoro Chiffon Cake

The chiffon cake is topped with whipped cream, caramelized leaves, and a cute meringue gnoronyo. The blueberries and cranberries that accompany the cake are a reminder of the harvest season. It is a fun autumn dish to count the meringue gnomes to see if they are acting in odd numbers.
