Pancake fairs are being held from October 23 at Moomin cafes and shops nationwide to commemorate the release of the original "Pancake Mix". Many new menus and new products have appeared.

・ Pancake mix
Easy-to-use pancake mix in small packs. Comes with an original recipe supervised by Chef Isao Matsumoto of Moomin Cafe and a convenient wide clip (1 of 4 types is included). Scandinavian pancake recipes are also posted on the label of the main body, so you can enjoy the taste of Scandinavia at home. The content is 200g (7.05oz) pack x 2 bags. The price is 1,500 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


・ Scandinavian style mixed berry pancakes
Scandinavian style with moist and rustic pancakes baked thinly and layered. The sourness of mixed berries and the sweetness of honey and fresh cream are just the right balance. The price is 1,200 yen.


・ Little My Plenty of Wood Strawberry Sauce Souffle Pancake
A souffle pancake with pink wood strawberry cream inspired by Little My. There is plenty of custard cream in the pancakes. The price is 1,500 yen.


・ Snufkin Forest Chocolate Souffle Pancake
A souffle pancake that uses plenty of richly sweet ganache cream in the image of a forest. There is custard cream in the pancake. The price is 1,400 yen.


・ Nyoro Nyoro Celebration Souffle Pancake
A souffle pancake with Nyoro Nyoro using 100% sticky tapioca powder. There is custard cream inside. Comes with a souvenir pottery mascot. The price is 2,000 yen.


・ Honey dipper
A honey dipper made from natural olive wood from Italy, where you can enjoy the texture and smooth texture. Great for gifts with pancake mixes and honey. The price is 1,591 yen.
