YATSUDOKI, a premium brand of Chateraise, will hold a limited time "Direct from the Farm: Shain Muscat Festa" from August 31, featuring sweets using Shain Muscats shipped directly from contracted farmers in Yamanashi Prefecture.

ainmuscat Festa YATSUDOKI" are shipped directly from Mr. Ohno of Ohno Budouen, a contract farmer in Katsunuma, Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture. The grapes are carefully nurtured and delivered directly to the store, where they are made into sweets while still fresh. You can enjoy the deliciousness that is only possible because the grapes are made in the store. From around October 1, we will switch to domestically grown Shainmuscat.

Tart

made with rare cheese cream with a refreshing sourness made from French cream cheese, softly baked sponge, and whipped cream with custard. It is layered with melt-in-your-mouth Hokkaido pure fresh cream and lavishly decorated with lusciously sweet, freshly cut Shine Muscat cut at the store. Priced at 3,564 yen for a whole tart and 594 yen for a piece (tax included, same below), it will go on sale sequentially from August 25 (release dates vary by store).

: Soft and fluffy sponge made from Umitate egg and melt-in-your-mouth pure fresh cream from Hokkaido, sandwiched with Yamanashi-grown Shine Muscats. The balance of the fresh cream and fluffy sponge is exquisite. Whole 11cm: 2,808 yen, Whole 14cm: 3,672 yen, Piece: 615 yen; on sale August 31.

Shine Muscat Panna Cotta

A three-layer cup dessert that looks and tastes refreshing. Vanilla-flavored panna cotta made with freshly squeezed milk from a contract farm in Yatsugatake is combined with a cask-dried wine (white) jelly and muscat jelly, with Yamanashi-produced Shine Muscat in the jelly. It contains Western liquor, so children and those who are sensitive to alcohol should be careful. Priced at 486 yen; on sale August 31.

Yatsudoki "Panna Cotta with Cheyenne Muscat

cat: Sponge made with eggs from contract farms, sandwiched with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido, topped with a homemade white wine gelée, and lavishly topped with a Shine Muscat. The cake looks like a sparkling jewel box and is recommended as a gift. Priced at 626 yen, it will go on sale on August 31.
