This is a cup dessert for a limited time made at the studio in the hotel of Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo. White chocolate mixed with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido and matcha, baked into a rich-tasting matcha terrine. The balance between the smooth texture and rich taste of matcha terrine and the not too thick matcha cream using pure fresh cream from Hokkaido is exquisite. The price is 370 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

Recommended for cheese lovers using two types of cheese, strawberry-flavored souffle cheese and baked cheese. The refreshing strawberry-flavored souffle cheese and the rich and rich baked cheese are combined with the whipped cream to create a smooth taste. The price is 320 yen.
