From September 1st, the standing eating soba chain "Yudetaro" will have two types of menus, "Nikumai Mushroom Soba" and "Nikumai Mushroom Seiro". Maitake mushrooms are 1.5 times more voluminous.

"Meat Maitake Soba" is a combination of warm noodles and warm noodles, and "Meat Maitake Seiro" is a combination of warm noodles and cold noodles. The selling price is 580 yen (tax included, same below).

In addition to this, "Meat Vegetable Soba" containing half a day's worth of vegetables and "Mashimashi Meat Vegetable Soba" containing one day's worth of vegetables will also be on sale. The selling prices are 500 yen and 650 yen, respectively.

Yudetaro is operated by two companies, "Shinetsu Foods" and "Yudetaro System". This new menu is all announced by Yudetaro System. You can check the list of each operated store by region from the official website.


"Meat Mai Mushroom Soba", "Meat Mai Mushroom Soba", "Meat Vegetable Soba" and "Mashimashi Meat Vegetable Soba" all have different sales periods depending on the store. Also, it will not be sold at some stores. It is recommended that you check the store poster or staff for details.
