Apricot "Harcot" parfait and cake to eat raw in Shinjuku Takano!

From "Takano", which handles high-class fruit gifts and fruit parlors, cakes and parfaits using the raw apricot "Harcot" cultivated in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture have appeared. It will be available until the end of July.

A Canadian-born variety, it is cultivated for raw consumption because it has low acidity and strong sweetness. The fruits are orange and large round. This is the first time in 2020 that it will be made into Takano cakes and parfaits.

First of all, the cake "Harcott Tart" is priced at 810 yen (tax included, same below). It will be sold at the "Shinjuku Takano B2 Floor Cake Corner" in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Next, the parfait "Harcot Parfait from Chikuma City, Shinshu" is priced at 1,760 yen. It will be sold at the "Takano Fruit Parlor Main Store" in Shinjuku, Tokyo. It will end as soon as there are no more harcots.
