TAKEO Domestic Insects "Dried Insects Hiroshima Cricket" "Roasted Insects Hiroshima Cricket"

"TAKEO", a company specializing in insect food, will release the third domestic insect series "Insects Dried Hiroshima Cricket" and "Insect Roast Hiroshima Cricket" on July 1st.

Hiroshima Cricket is a premium cricket grown by eating plenty of almonds. It is a full-fat cricket, which is one size larger than ordinary ones. The lipid content is about 1.7 times that of normal crickets (compared to TAKEO), which is exactly the size of the cricket world. The fat is mainly derived from almonds, and is characterized by the sweet scent of almonds with almost no odor peculiar to crickets.

In addition, about 70% of the lipids in Hiroshima cricket are unsaturated fatty acids. Like almonds, it is especially rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid.

There are two types of lineup: frozen "insect dried crickets" and room temperature "insect roasted Hiroshima crickets". The frozen product "Dried Insects Hiroshima Cricket" is made into semi-dried dried fish to concentrate the deliciousness of Hiroshima Cricket and achieve both juiciness and crunchy texture.

The room temperature product "Insect Roast Hiroshima Cricket" is slowly roasted after drying. It features a crispy, light texture that is easy to eat and a sweet aroma like roasted almonds. It goes well with chocolate sweets and whiskey.

None of these products use any additives or seasonings.
