Fujiya will be releasing two Father's Day sweets: "Colored Fruit Baton Cake" and "Negritarum Sabalan". The two products are a baton cake that can be enjoyed by the whole family and a Sabalan with a hint of Western liquor.

Fujiya Father's Day Sweets

Fujiya will be releasing two Father's Day sweets, "Colored Fruit Baton Cake" and "Negritarum Sabalan". They will go on sale on June 12 and June 19.

Colored Fruit Baton Cake

This colorful fruit baton cake is a sponge sandwiched with sliced strawberries, and gorgeously decorated with strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, mango in syrup, and apricot in syrup, along with chanterelle cream. You can also decorate it with a separate Fujiya "Heart Chocolate (Peanut)". Also, for the three days from June 19 to 21, a Father's Day original macaron with the words "Thank you for everything" written on it will be included. The length of the macaron is 145mm, and the price is 1,200 yen (tax included, same below).

Sabalan with Negritarum

This Sabarin is made with Negritarum, a French rum with a heavy and noble aroma. The brioche dough soaked in negritarum is combined with a light custard cream. The price is 420 yen.
