Fujiya will open a "FUJIYA CONFECTIONERY" store in Shibuya Scramble Square for a limited time. The store will sell products with a shortcake motif to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the launch of Fujiya's shortcake.

What is "FUJIYA CONFECTIONERY"?

Under the theme of "Challenge & Innovation!", this new business model offers new values in confectionery while respecting the history and traditions of Fujiya and looking to the future. We are challenging new possibilities of confectionery with the hope of becoming a place like a "Labo of confectionery" where we can try several things and redo them over and over again.

The tart is finished with vanilla mousse on a tart base, premium Chantilly cream and strawberries. It is characterized by its shortcake-like appearance.


It measures approximately 70mm in diameter and is priced at 750 yen (tax included).

: Shortcake made with premium chanterelles cream with a soft texture is placed on an almond-scented tart base. You can enjoy both the tart and the shortcake at the same time.


The size is approximately 150 mm in diameter and the price is 3,240 yen.

The tart and the shortcake can be enjoyed together at the same time. You can choose your favorite look! & Kinchaku"

A set of three favorite looks and an original cloth with a cute look design. You can choose from three types: "Look (Milk Parade)," "Look (A La Mode)," and "Look (White Lovers)," the new standard look launched in September this year.

Taste of Tradition: Fujiya's Shortcake

This product was released as part of the "12 Stories of Shortcake," a project commemorating the 100th anniversary of the release of Shortcake. The retro cute look is also good.
