■ Strawberry and citrus souffle cheese decoration

Strawberry cream and strawberry (with strawberry powder) are sandwiched with cocoa sponge and coated with mascarpone cream using Hokkaido mascarpone cheese. The combination of "domestic cherries" with a refreshing sweet and sour taste and fresh fruits and smooth and rich mascarpone cream is exquisite.
