Yamazaki Baking "The Heisei Hit Product Series" 2nd

Yamazaki Baking is selling the second "The Heisei Hit Product Series" from April 1st to May 31st.

The second in a series of carefully selected hit products from among the many products released in the Heisei era, which will be released for a limited time in a revival. The first product, which was sold from the end of December 2018 to the end of February 2019, was very popular, with a total of about 6 million units sold in four series.

The second lineup is as follows.

・ I have burnt the skin of melon bread. Released in 2014
Only the skin of melon bread is baked. It features a crispy cookie-like texture.

・ Melon cake Danish Released in 1993
Sponge cake wrapped in Danish pastry and baked with melon-flavored biscuit dough.

・ Cheese incense Released in 2000
A soft dough topped with cheese cream and grated cheese and baked.

・ Egg roll cake Released in 2003
A sponge cake that uses plenty of eggs and contains milk-flavored cream.

・ Chocolate Mountain Released in 2009
Bread Mimi cut into bite-sized pieces is baked in an oven to give it a crunchy texture and is sprinkled with Belgian chocolate.

・ Vienoise Milk Released in 2012
A sandwich of rich Hokkaido condensed milk cream on French bread.

At the same time, "eight donuts" and "milk balls" selected from the hit products born in the Showa era as "Showa nostalgic bread" are also on sale.
