I found "Shiotome Daifuku Ice Cream" at KALDI Coffee Farm. The price is 162 yen (tax included).
This is a product of salt-boiled azuki bean-filled vanilla ice cream and mochi wrapped in mochi. Contains one round ice cream with a diameter of about 7 cm. With a thankful fork.
It's ready to eat 5 to 6 minutes after taking it out of the freezer. The mochi, which was initially clicky, softens and melts together with the smooth ice cream. To be honest, the shadow of the sushi is thin, but if you taste it carefully on your tongue, you will feel a mellow sweetness.
On the other hand, Azuki has an outstanding presence. With a chewy texture, it gives off a simple yet rich flavor. It is also a good impression that it adds a little saltiness to the richness of the ice cream and tightens the taste.
"Shiotome Daifuku Ice" that makes full use of "Japanese taste" such as azuki beans and mochi. It seems to go well with warm Japanese tea.
