A new work "Mixed Berry Hero" has appeared from the Tiramisu specialty store "Tiramisu Hero" from Singapore. It will be on sale until May 8th at the JR Nagoya Takashimaya store, which is open at special events, and until May 13th at the Ikspiari store.

The mixed berry hero is a "berry-based" tiramisu that uses plenty of cranberries, strawberries, cassis, and raspberries. Rich whipped cream and fine mascarpone cheese with plenty of berry sauce.

There are so many colorful berries on the top that you can't see the cream. It seems that a refreshing scent spreads in your mouth when you eat it. No liqueur is used. It comes in 120g (4.23oz) and costs 778 yen (tax included).


Also, during the same period, the first appearance of "Matcha Tiramisu Castella" is on sale. The price is 864 yen (tax included).


"Adult castella" with a sweet taste, finished with plenty of cocoa powder, which is indispensable for tiramisu, on a dough made from high-quality matcha. It seems that it is a self-confident work that was developed by repeating trial production many times.
