"My little hapiness" is about 5 minutes walk from the west exit of Meguro station in Tokyo. It is a hideaway cafe attached to an imported clothing store run by a married couple.

In addition to coffee, hot chocolate, and alcoholic drinks brewed with flannel drip, the slightly unique homemade dessert "Tart Muffin" is popular. When I visited, it was a very nice cafe that conveys the spirit of valuing the seasons and materials!

My Little Happiness will start serving desserts at 1pm. The contents also change depending on the season, and the most notable is the "tart muffin" (starting at 300 yen). It is a cup-shaped tart dough stuffed with muffin dough and baked.

The flavors of the day were "La France" and "Sweet potato", which are in season in autumn and winter, so I ordered both of them!


The La France tart has the flesh of La France in the muffin dough. On the other hand, sweet potato tart is finished by sprinkling domestic honey on tart muffins using a new variety of sweet potato "Silk Sweet".

Tart muffins are served with a knife and fork. When you put it in your mouth, you will first be greeted by the crispy texture of the tart! It seems that "burnt wheat" is added to the dough, and it has a scent like kinako. And the muffin inside is soft and moist. This gap is crazy!


The flesh of La France melts smoothly with a trolley after a crispy texture. The sweetness of the fruity and fresh fruit itself spreads ... Hmm, it's delicious!



Sweet potato tart has a moist mouthfeel and a fluffy sweetness. However, it's not so sweet and the mouth is clean, so if you take it seriously, you can eat as many as you like. The skin of the potatoes is also mixed in here and there, and it seems that you are eating fluffy roasted sweet potatoes!



The number of seats is not large, but the tart muffins that you can enjoy in the sun shining through the wide windows are exceptional. Even if you visit alone, it was a warm atmosphere where you can enjoy chatting with the friendly shopkeeper and his wife. Of course, you can enjoy coffee and reading quietly. Forget about the busyness of December and find "Little Happiness".
