Pasco and Godiva jointly develop chocolate products

Shikishima Baking Company (Pasco) will release Yuzu Chocolat Danish, Chocolat Pancake, Chocolat Steamed Cake, and Chocolat Pound Cake, jointly developed with Godiva, on February 1, 2012. Prices are open.

Pasco and Godiva have been jointly developing products since 2020 based on the concept of providing customers with pleasant experiences in their daily lives. Yannick Chevorot, Godiva's Executive Chef Chocolatier/Pastry Chef, who is responsible for the development of new products in the Japanese market, was directly involved in the development of this product and selected the best chocolate for this product.


The package is designed with Godiva's logo and heart shaped into a heart. The package is designed with a heart-shaped Godiva logo and heart to create a Valentine's Day image.


Available at supermarkets and convenience stores in Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu regions. Only the Yuzu Chocolat Danish will be available in the Tohoku region.

Yuzu Chocolat Danish

Yuzu bean paste wrapped in Japanese wheat Danish pastry dough, topped with chocolate cream with Belgian chocolate and crispy fiantine (crumbled crepe dough baked in a baking pan). Finished with a chocolate coating. The elegant sweetness of the smooth chocolate and the sourness of the yuzu are well balanced, bringing a moment of happiness.


The product will be on sale from February 1 to 28. It will go on sale at some convenience stores in the Chubu area on January 24.

Chocolat Pancake

Pancakes with chocolate cream, chocolate whipped cream, and a chocolate plate with Belgian chocolate. This is a rich dish that will satisfy your chocolate craving.


Available from February 1 to February 28.

Chocolat Steamed Cake

Two layers of dough with different textures filled with Belgian chocolate are steamed, filled with chocolate cream with Belgian chocolate, and topped with cocoa powder. The rich taste of chocolate and soft texture can be enjoyed.


On sale from February 1 to February 28.

Chocolat Pound

Cake Pound cake made with Belgian chocolate chips, dark chocolate, and liquor kneaded into the batter, baked, and studded with thinly sliced Belgian shave chocolate. Comes in a decorative box with an alcohol formulation.
