Seasonal Truffles - Autumn/Winter

Six types of seasonal truffles, "Tarte Tatin", "Brownie", "Crepe Suzette", "Paris Brest", "Souffle au Chocolat", and "Gateau au Carrot" are packaged in a box designed in the image of French antique fabrics.

Tarte Tatin

Tarte Tatin" is an apple-flavored caramel ganache and hazelnut praline covered in dark chocolate and decorated with milk chocolate lines and gold glitter.
