Hirata Farm W Char Siu Noodles

A luxurious dish using the sweetness of "Jinhua pig" grown by Hirata Farm and the char siu of "Sangen pork" with delicate meat quality. The char siu has a texture that melts in your mouth, and the soup is made by adding sweet backfat to rich pork bone soy sauce to make a rich but savory soup. All the toppings and soups other than vegetables are made from Hirata Farm's pork, making it a very delicious "special cup".
