[Tasting] 7-ELEVEN "Punya Decejo" chewy dough x cheese cream! Not too sweet sweets that go well with wine

Discovered a new sweets product "Punya Decejo" at 7-ELEVEN in Tokyo. I was curious, so I tried it.

7-ELEVEN "Punya Decejo"

Punya Decejo is a dessert with cheese cream wrapped in choux pastry with Parmesan cheese. Cheese is used in both the dough and the cream, and the selling point is that it goes well with wine. The name is a play on the bread "Pondequejo" that originated in Brazil.

It looks like a palm-sized steamed bun. It is baked in a delicious brown color. The price of one is 140 yen (excluding tax). The calorie is 175 kcal.

I tried to eat

The "mochimuchi" dough has a texture just like "pondequejo". The more you chew, the more cheese flavor spreads.

The cream that is packed inside is fluffy and light. It melts smoothly with the flavor of cheese and a slight sweetness.

It is impressive that there is almost no sweetness even though it is in the sweets corner! It certainly looks good with wine. If you like the chewy texture and cheese flavor, pick it up!
