Strawberries with sweet and sour taste are put in butter ice cream using fermented butter from France, and fermented butter sauce from France is sprinkled on the top surface. You can enjoy the milky taste of ice cream, the rich buttery taste, and the moderate acidity of strawberries.

Japanese fruits Fuji apples from Yamagata prefecture

Released on October 13 185 yen including tax

Ice (frozen dessert) that uses 34% of the juice and pulp of Fuji apples produced in Yamagata prefecture, and you can enjoy the moderate acidity and sweetness of Fuji apples. A sherbet containing grated Fuji apples from Yamagata prefecture is combined with an apple sauce that resembles apple honey.

Rich pistachio waffle cone

An ice cream using pistachio, which is characterized by its rich taste and fragrant aroma. The corn part uses maltose and is finished with a modest sweetness to enhance the taste of pistachio ice cream.

Cup ice cream cheese

The third product of "Ice Basque" that reproduces the rich cheese taste of the original sweet "Basque-Basque-style cheese cake-" with ice cream. Cookie crunch is mixed with cheese ice cream made from Hokkaido cream cheese, and a bittersweet caramel sauce is added to the top and bottom.
