Pre-orders for the limited-time product "Christmas Mille Crepes" will begin on November 1st at each Doutor Coffee Shop (excluding some stores). The size is No. 5 (about 15 cm in diameter), and the price is 3,800 yen (tax included).
This year, a Christmas-only whole cake that can be enjoyed by the family, with two types of classic "Mille crêpes" and "Strawberry crispy chocolate mille crêpes" assorted. The contents are 1/4 cut of milk rape x 2, crispy chocolate milk rape of strawberry 1/4 cut x 2.
Mille crêpes are smooth, melt-in-the-mouth cakes made by carefully layering crepe dough and whipped cream, which are carefully baked one by one. The top surface is covered with charred caramel-flavored napage, and the finish is topped with powdered sugar reminiscent of powdered snow.
Strawberry crispy chocolate milk rape is made by sandwiching strawberry whipped cream and crispy chocolate on chocolate dough, sprinkling strawberry napage on the top, and finishing with powdered sugar and freeze-dried strawberry. You can enjoy the taste of strawberries and the texture of chocolate.
