This is a premium ice cream with a whole strawberry in the middle, like the Japanese sweets Ichigo Daifuku, wrapped in vanilla ice cream and plump rice cakes. The strawberries are soaked in syrup to leave a fresh feeling, and they are particular about eating them deliciously even if they are wrapped in vanilla ice cream.
Vanilla ice cream is a rich ice cream standard with a milk fat content of 8.5%. The rich milk flavor enhances the sweet and sour taste of strawberries.
