A cake that uses sweet chocolate and milk chocolate using French couverture chocolate, and combines two types of orange liqueur pickles (orange peel and orange pulp syrup pickles) as accents. Sweet chocolate cream, orange liqueur pickles, chocolate ganash, and milk chocolate cream are layered on cocoa biscuits and decorated with chocolate, cocoa powder, and whipped cream.
