"Chocolate Festival Parfait" is a parfait with raw chocolate and gateau chocolate on top of raw chocolate pudding and chocolate mousse. No matter where you eat it, it's an irresistible dish for chocolate lovers.

"Two-layered double fromage" is a sweet that combines a light rare cheese cream and a rich rare cheese mousse. Sponge crumbs are served.
