・ Montblanc of spring cherry blossoms and Uji matcha A Montblanc that makes you feel spring with plenty of pale pink cherry cream and Uji matcha white chocolate cream. The price is 330 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


Fresh cream is sandwiched in matcha dacquoise, brown sugar mousse and red bean paste are layered on top, and cherry cream and matcha white chocolate cream are squeezed.

・ A combination of cherry-colored double fromage baked cheese, rare cheese cream, and two types of cheesecake with different textures. The price is 280 yen.


You can enjoy baked cheese baked using cream cheese from Brittany, France, rare cheese cream with a smooth and refreshing acidity, and a slightly cherry-flavored cream.

・ Premium shortcake of Yayoi Hime strawberry from Gunma prefecture
A shortcake made with "Yayoi Hime Strawberry", which has a firm flesh and a mild sweetness with little acidity. The price is 370 yen. The sale period is until March 31st.


The sponge, which has a fluffy texture that melts in the mouth and has an almond flavor, the cream that melts in the mouth with a strong milky texture, and the juicy Yayoi Hime strawberry are said to be a perfect match.
