Seijo Ishii's "Strawberry Hinamatsuri Shortcake" with juicy sweetness and moderate acidity "Tochiotome

Seijo Ishii has released "Strawberry Hinamatsuri Shortcake" in limited quantities. Fresh strawberries (strawberry) with juicy sweetness and moderate sourness "Tochiotome" are used. The slightly pink sponge with sweet and sour raspberry puree is sandwiched between two layers of pure fresh cream made from Tochiotome and raw Hokkaido milk. The sponge is lightly coated with homemade strawberry jam. Freeze-dried strawberries are added as a topping.

I actually tried "Happy Turn Tochiotome" sold by Kameda Seika, which is only available in Tochigi. Happy Turn is made with strawberry juice powder (30% Tochiotome juice in the powder).
