Ippudo "Kaiyoku Soy Sauce Tonkotsu" (pork bone) soup with 3mm thick extra-thick noodles and soy sauce marinated in garlic!
Ippudo will be introducing "Reissue Shoyu Tonkotsu" (soy sauce and pork bone). It uses extra-thick noodles of approximately 3 mm in thickness. The soup is based on soy sauce soaked in garlic, and is served in a hefty 260 grams of boiled water. The soup is a combination of Ippudo's mild tonkotsu (pork bone) soup based on soy sauce soaked in garlic, with chicken oil added for sweetness.
